Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. fresh green beans, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
  • 2 (6 1/2 oz.) can wter packed tuna, drained
  • 1/2 c. sliced radishes
  • 2 tbsp sliced green onions
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 med-=size head Bibb lettuce, washed and drained

Directions

Arrange green beans in a steaming rack. Place rack over boiling water in Dutch oven; cover and steam 5 minutes or till crisp-tender. Set aside to cool. Combine beans and remaining ingredients except lettuce; toss well. Chill at least 1 hour. Serve over lettuce leaves.
