Ingredients
- 2 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. peanuts, crushed to powder
- 1/4 c. shallots, chopped fine
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp garlic, chopped fine
- 1/2 tsp shrimp paste
- 1/2 tsp chili paste
- 1/2 tsp palm sugar
Directions
Combine all ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil. Simmer until sauce thickens. Serve hot or cold. (Found a couple of udang, which is the prawn, but none w/potatoes.)
