Ingredients
- 1/4 cup salt
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. white pepper
- 3/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- Pinch ground red pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well to mix. Store in tightly covered jar, in cool dry place up to 6 months. Makes about 1/2 cup.Good on pork ribs.
