Ingredients:
1/4 cup salt2 tsp. paprika 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1 tsp. black pepper 1 tsp. white pepper 3/4 tsp. dried oregano 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1/2 tsp. cloves 1/2 tsp. allspice 1/2 tsp. cumin Pinch ground red pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well to mix. Store in tightly covered jar, in cool dry place up to 6 months. Makes about 1/2 cup.Good on pork ribs. | |
