Ingredients

  • Your choice of Roast Beef
  • garlic cloves 1/2 per pound
  • pepper to taste

Directions

Cut up garlic and press into meat, especially the fatty part. Pepper the roast generously. Place roast on rack part of pan and cook for 20 minutes per pound for medium rare. Longer for well done.
