- 8 ounces imitation crab sticks
- 2 cups of sharp Kraft Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 small can of jalapeno peppers diced
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- pepper to taste
Cut crab sticks in fourths; shred coarsely.
Squeeze out any excess water
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Pour mixture into a casserole dish.
Bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes
Serve hot with French bread or crackers.
