Ingredients

  • 1 pt double (ie whipping) cream
  • 2 oz medium oatmeal
  • 4 level TB clear honey
  • 4 TB whiskey

Directions

Toast oatmeal till a light golden brown; cool. Beat cream until thick. Stir in oatmeal and honey. Just before serving stir in whisky. Pile into small glasses and serve.
