Ingredients:
1 pt double (ie whipping) cream2 oz medium oatmeal 4 level TB clear honey 4 TB whiskey
Directions:
Toast oatmeal till a light golden brown; cool. Beat cream until thick. Stir in oatmeal and honey. Just before serving stir in whisky. Pile into small glasses and serve.(4 servings)
