Easy and very tasty. Serve with a salad and you have a great meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cubed stewing beef
  • few handfuls chopped onion and mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tub(250g) Philadelpia soft herd & garlic cream Cheese
  • Fettuccini Noodles

Directions

Place 1 lb. cubed stewing beef and a few handfuls each chopped onion and mushrooms in the slow cooker. Add ½ cup beef broth. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or 3-4 hrs. on HIGH. Stir in 1 tub (250g) PHILADELPIA soft herb & garlic cream cheese just before serving and then toss with cooked, drained fettuccini noodles.

Beef Stroganoff
