• 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 cups rhubarb, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 9-inch pie pan lined with thick pastry dough
  • 1 lattice crust


Combine the sugar, flour, nutmeg and salt. Beat in the eggs. Add the rhubarb. Fill the pastry dough , dot with butter. Top with lattice crust, flute edge.

Bake at 400 degrees F. for 50-55 minutes. Cool on window sill till cows come home.
