Grandma's Rhubarb Pie Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sugar1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp. nutmeg Pinch of salt 3 eggs 4 cups rhubarb, cut into 1-inch pieces 1 9-inch pie pan lined with thick pastry dough 1 lattice crust
Directions:
Combine the sugar, flour, nutmeg and salt. Beat in the eggs. Add the rhubarb. Fill the pastry dough , dot with butter. Top with lattice crust, flute edge.Bake at 400 degrees F. for 50-55 minutes. Cool on window sill till cows come home. |
