Ingredients
- Bottom layer:
- Mix with fork & press into bottom of pan:
- 1 box yellow cake mix (reserve 1 cup)
- 1 stick melted oleo
- 1 egg beaten
- Filling: (beat with mixer)
- 29 oz. can pumpkin
- 3 eggs
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Topping:
- 1 cup reserved cake mix
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ stick oleo (cold)
Directions
Crumble topping with fingers and spread over pumpkin mixture
Bake@ 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
