Pumpkin Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
Bottom layer:

Mix with fork & press into bottom of pan:

1 box yellow cake mix (reserve 1 cup)
1 stick melted oleo
1 egg beaten

Filling: (beat with mixer)

29 oz. can pumpkin
3 eggs
¼ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Topping:

1 cup reserved cake mix
½ cup sugar
½ stick oleo (cold)

Directions:
Crumble topping with fingers and spread over pumpkin mixture

Bake@ 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
