Ingredients

  • Bottom layer:
  • Mix with fork & press into bottom of pan:
  • 1 box yellow cake mix (reserve 1 cup)
  • 1 stick melted oleo
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Filling: (beat with mixer)
  • 29 oz. can pumpkin
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Topping:
  • 1 cup reserved cake mix
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ stick oleo (cold)

Directions

Crumble topping with fingers and spread over pumpkin mixture

Bake@ 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
