Ingredients
- Pace mild Picante Sauce
- Chicken breasts boned and skinned
- Mrs. Dash lemon herb seasoning
- Mahatma saffron rice mix
Directions
Coat glass baking dish with Crisco oil. Spoon picante sauce on the bottom of the dish, covering bottom. Place chicken breasts on the sauce. Cover chicken with a thick layer of picante. Sprinkle generously with lemon herb seasoning. Cover with plastic wrap; cut a slit in the center of the plastic wrap. You may marinate all day, overnight or 5 minutes. Microwave on medium high power 4 to 5 minutes per chicken breast. Prepare rice mix while chicken is cooking. Once cooked place chicken on the barbecue, if desired, for flavor the sauce.
