• 125 ml Red wine
  • 125 ml Soy(a) sauce
  • 2 tablespoons syrup (or honey)
  • 1 clove chopped garlic
  • Flour to thicken the sauce/marinade
  • Salt and pepper ( a pinch)


Combine all the above ingreients.

Cut up a chicken or get some chicken pieces (about 6-8), clean chicken. Marinade chicken in the marinade for 24 hours and fry in low-fat margarine, or low-fat oil.
