Hong Kong Chicken Recipe

  Chinese Chicken

Ingredients:

125 ml Red wine
125 ml Soy(a) sauce
2 tablespoons syrup (or honey)
1 clove chopped garlic
Flour to thicken the sauce/marinade
Salt and pepper ( a pinch)

Directions:
Combine all the above ingreients.

Cut up a chicken or get some chicken pieces (about 6-8), clean chicken. Marinade chicken in the marinade for 24 hours and fry in low-fat margarine, or low-fat oil.
