Ingredients

  • Any amount of cooked cubed or shredded beef (sauce will cover 1 to 2 lbs.)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Szechuan pepper (or to taste)
  • 2 1/4 tbsp sesame paste (or peanut butter)
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp ginger
  • 3 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Combine sauce ingredients and either dip the meat in the sauce or pour some over the meat when finished cooking. Can be made separately and reheated quickly.
