Hunan Beef Recipe

  Chinese Beef

Ingredients:
Any amount of cooked cubed or shredded beef (sauce will cover 1 to 2 lbs.)
1 1/2 tbsp chili powder
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp water
2 tbsp garlic, minced
1 1/2 tbsp Szechuan pepper (or to taste)
2 1/4 tbsp sesame paste (or peanut butter)
3 tbsp sesame oil
1 1/2 tbsp ginger
3 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
Combine sauce ingredients and either dip the meat in the sauce or pour some over the meat when finished cooking. Can be made separately and reheated quickly.
