Ingredients
- Hash Brown Potato Casserole
- 1 pkg (32 oz.) shredded frozen potatoes
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 12 oz. grated American cheese
- 1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 2 cups crushed cornflakes
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Directions
Place thawed potatoes in a 9x12 inch baking dish. Mix together the next 6 ingredients and pour over potatoes. Top with crushed cornflakes and drizzle melted butter over all.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Serves 12.
