Ingredients

  • Hash Brown Potato Casserole
  • 1 pkg (32 oz.) shredded frozen potatoes
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 12 oz. grated American cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cups crushed cornflakes
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Directions

Place thawed potatoes in a 9x12 inch baking dish. Mix together the next 6 ingredients and pour over potatoes. Top with crushed cornflakes and drizzle melted butter over all.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.


Serves 12.
