Hash Brown Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
Hash Brown Potato Casserole

1 pkg (32 oz.) shredded frozen potatoes
1/2 cup melted butter
1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup, undiluted
12 oz. grated American cheese
1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
1 tsp salt
1/2 small onion, chopped
2 cups crushed cornflakes
1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:
Place thawed potatoes in a 9x12 inch baking dish. Mix together the next 6 ingredients and pour over potatoes. Top with crushed cornflakes and drizzle melted butter over all.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Serves 12.
