Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz can creamed corn
  • 1 10 oz. pkg frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
  • 1 egg, beaten well
  • 1/2 c. saltine crackers, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp instant minced onion
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Dash pepper
  • 1/4 c. saltine crackers, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted

Directions

Combine all but the last two ingredients, mix well and turn into lightly greased 1 quart casserole. Mix the 1/4 c. crackers with the 1 tbsp melted butter . Sprinkle over vegetables.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.


Serves 6.
