You can serve it with a dipping sauce: 2 tsps Curry Powder 1/2 cup Light Mayonnaise 1/2 tsp of honey
- 1 small sweet potato, cut into "French fry" sticks
- 1/2 teaspoon canola oil
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika, to taste
- Cooking spray
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In medium bowl, toss sweet potato sticks with oil and seasonings. Put sticks in baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes.
