Sweet Potato Fries Recipe

  Indian & Pakistani Appetizer

Ingredients:
1 small sweet potato, cut into "French fry" sticks
1/2 teaspoon canola oil
Salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika, to taste
Cooking spray


Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In medium bowl, toss sweet potato sticks with oil and seasonings. Put sticks in baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes.
