Also can be served in a scooped out black or pumpernickel bread (which replaces the bowl) Serve with fresh cut-up vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 package frozen spinach defrosted and water removed as much as possible
- 1 small container low fat sour cream
- same size container lo fat PLAIN yogurt
- 1 package Knorr Swiss dry vegetable soup mix
Directions
Process spinach until chopped
Add 3 other ingredients
Mix all in processor with a few quick on/off
Chill well
8 people -could be one pre-dinner starter
