Ingredients:
1 package frozen spinach defrosted and water removed as much as possible1 small container low fat sour cream same size container lo fat PLAIN yogurt 1 package Knorr Swiss dry vegetable soup mix
Directions:
Process spinach until choppedAdd 3 other ingredients Mix all in processor with a few quick on/off Chill well 8 people -could be one pre-dinner starter
Also can be served in a scooped out black or pumpernickel bread (which replaces the bowl)
Serve with fresh cut-up vegetables
