Coffee addict? Try adding a jigger of strong expresso for a Coffee Malt -mmmm.
Ingredients
- 6 small chunks of Jim Garrahy’s vanilla fudge (about 1oz)
- 2 teaspoons of Horlicks
- 2 scoops Vanilla full cream ice cream
- half a pint of milk
Directions
Put all the ingredients into a blender and whizz for thirty seconds. Pour out the thick shake into a chilled long glass, add a thick straw to suck it up. Makes 2/3 pint, so you could share it with a friend, or keep toppoing up your glass and scoff it all yourself!
