Usually the recipe I use is an egg and flour.
Depending on what size of batch you want. 1 egg beaten really really well ,to a foamy stage. Then I add flour a spoon full at a time, beating real well. The consistency should be like a porable pancake batter. You can use this also in chicken noodle soup. In place of noodles. Hope it works for you.

use a electric beater.
