Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Duncan Hines butter cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges with juice
  • 1/4 cup Crisco oil
  • Frosting:
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 container Cool Whip
  • 1 large pkg instant vanilla pudding mix

Directions

Blend well together first 4 ingredients. Pour into 3 greased and floured cake pans. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.

Frosting:
Make up instant pudding according to pkg directions. Fold in pineapple and add Cool Whip. Frost cooled cake.
