Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

Blend cornstarch and water in a cup.
Place roasting pan with juices and liquid from meat over high heat. Stir in cornstarch mixture, bringing to a boil and stirring constantly until thick, about 2 minutes.


Makes 1 cup.
