Ingredients:
1 tbsp. Cornstarch1/4 cup water
Directions:
Blend cornstarch and water in a cup.Place roasting pan with juices and liquid from meat over high heat. Stir in cornstarch mixture, bringing to a boil and stirring constantly until thick, about 2 minutes. Makes 1 cup.
