A great way to enjoy pimiento cheese spread or dip without the fat, plus very nutritious.


  • 1 quart low-fat yogurt, 1-1/2 tsp. salt added, drained 12-16 hours
  • 3 tsp. sweet paprika
  • 3 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper


Add drained yogurt to a bowl. Add seasonings and mix well to blend. Turn into a 1-quart plastic container and store in refrigerator.

12 mg cholesterol per 1 oz. serving or about half the fat of Neaufchatel cream cheese.
