Yogurt Cheese With Pimientos Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1 quart low-fat yogurt, 1-1/2 tsp. salt added, drained 12-16 hours3 tsp. sweet paprika 3 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions:
Add drained yogurt to a bowl. Add seasonings and mix well to blend. Turn into a 1-quart plastic container and store in refrigerator.12 mg cholesterol per 1 oz. serving or about half the fat of Neaufchatel cream cheese.
A great way to enjoy pimiento cheese spread or dip without the fat, plus very nutritious.
