Ingredients
- 2 oz. Dungeness crab meat
- 3 oz. Goats cheese
- 1 T Chives (minced)
- 24 wonton wrappers
Directions
Preheat oil in a medium deep sauce pot to 350°, combine crab, cheese and chives together, until crab is evenly distributed within the cheese. Place a generous half teaspoon of crab mixture onto the center of a wonton wrapper. Bring all sides of the wrapper up around the crab mixture twisting the top to seal. Deep fry until nicely golden brown.
