Ingredients

  • Fresh Sardines, Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper.
  • Heat a stovetop grill (I use a Le Creuset). Brush cleaned sardines (head in tact) with olive oil, sprinkle w/salt and pepper. Grill a minute or two on each side. Serve with roasted new potato and grilled peppers.
