Quick, easy and delicious

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C chopped fresh pinapple
  • 1/2 C thinly sliced red onion
  • 1/4 C chopped cilandro
  • 1/2 minced jalapeno pepper (more if you want it hotter)

Directions

Mix all together, refigerate for 1 hour, serve over any type of fish.
