Ingredients:
1/2 C chopped fresh pinapple1/2 C thinly sliced red onion 1/4 C chopped cilandro 1/2 minced jalapeno pepper (more if you want it hotter)
Directions:
Mix all together, refigerate for 1 hour, serve over any type of fish.Quick, easy and delicious
