Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1/4 cup beef stock
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon five spice powder (optional)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except pork, honey, and sesame seeds, and blend in a blender. Marinate pork in marinade for 4-6 hours in the refrigerator. Remove meat from marinade. Save the marinade. Pat dry the tenderloins. Pour the honey onto a dish and roll the meat in the honey. Sprinkle sesame seeds all over the meat.
Bake on a rack at 325 oven for 45-60 minutes. Let stand several minutes. Slice diagonally. Mix left-over honey an marinade and simmer until thick. Spoon over sliced meat and serve. Serves 4-6.
