Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups flaked coconut
Directions
Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually beat in vanilla and salt. Beat in sugar, one tablespoon at a time. Fold in coconut. Drop by teaspoons onto parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 325: for about 20 minutes or until golden.
