its an easy dish give and take any ingrediants to suit your taste be creative
Ingredients
- 1 stick of butter of margerine
- 2 cups of cheese(prefer mozzerella)
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- galic salt of powder
- italian seasoning
- salt and pepper
Directions
melt margerine in pan
add milk and cheese
season to taste
add flour a little at a time so as not to make too thick
simmer until desired thickness is achieved
of course you would want to cook your desired pasta
