its an easy dish give and take any ingrediants to suit your taste be creative

Ingredients

  • 1 stick of butter of margerine
  • 2 cups of cheese(prefer mozzerella)
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • galic salt of powder
  • italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper

Directions

melt margerine in pan

add milk and cheese

season to taste

add flour a little at a time so as not to make too thick

simmer until desired thickness is achieved

of course you would want to cook your desired pasta
