Ingredients
- 4 servings
 - 6 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
 - 1/2 - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or to taste
 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
 - 3 tomatoes, chopped
 - 1/4 cup vermouth or sherry wine or white wine
 - 1/4 cup whole kalamata olives
 - 1 (7 ounce) can tuna packed in water
 - 1 tablespoon capers, optional
 - 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
 - 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
 - 1 lb ziti or penne pasta, cooked and drained
 
Directions
1. In a skillet saute garlic and pepper flakes in oil just until garlic is soft and golden. 
 2. Add all other ingredients except pasta. 
 3. Cook over medium - medium/high heat until sauce is cooked, about 10 minutes. 
 4. Reduce heat to low. Add pasta and stir until well blended. 
 5. Heat a few minutes to let pasta absorb sauce.

PASTA WITH TUNA
