Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) can of refried beans
- 1 (1.25 oz.) taco seasoning packet (divided)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (slightly softened)
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- Guacamole
- Salsa
- Shredded Lettuce
- Diced Tomato
- Diced Onion
- Diced (hot, mild - your preference) Peppers
- Sliced Olives
- Grated Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Combine refried beans, water, and half the taco seasoning mix in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly warmed. Spread heated refried beans on a plate. Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, and remaining taco seasoning until smooth and creamy. Spread this mixture over the refried beans. Add a layer of guacamole over the cream cheese mixture. Spread a layer of salsa over the guacamole. Sprinkle the lettuce, cheese, tomato, onion, peppers, and olives over the top of the salsa (in that order). Let chill in refrigerator up to an hour. Eat with tortilla chips.
