quick and easy. - you can also use beef roast instead of pork

Ingredients

  • 1 pork loin roast 3 to 4lbs.
  • 1 16oz bottle barbecue sauce

Directions

Place roast and barbecue sauce in dutch oven. cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for 21/2 to 3 hrs. Remove roast from pot. Shred using 2 forks. Add the remaining liquid in pot to meat. Add more barbecue sauce if needed. Serve hot on sandwich roll.
