Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain flour, 1 cup milk, 1 teaspoon butter of margarine, salt to taste.

Directions

Blend all the ingredients.
Heat a medium size frying pan and pour about 3 to 4 spoons of batter.
Hold the frying pan and turn it in a way all the batter covers the pan.
Fry one side and then turn the pancake to fry the other side.
Use with any filling.
