Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb regular crab meat
  • 1 8 oz bar cream cheese
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • pinch of garlic salt
  • About 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/4 c cheddar cheese, grated
  • Paprika for garnish if desired.

Directions

Remove cartilage from crab. In large bowl beat cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire, mustard and garlic salt until smooth. Add enough milk to make a creamy texture. Stir in 2 Tbsp of the cheese and then fold in the crab meat.

Pour into buttered 1 quart casserole. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 15 325 until mixture is bubbly and brown on top, about 30 minutes. Serve with crackers or sliced baguettes.
