Hot Crab Dip Recipe

  Dips

Ingredients:
1/2 lb regular crab meat
1 8 oz bar cream cheese
1/2 c sour cream
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 1/4 tsp Worcestershire
1/2 tsp dry mustard
pinch of garlic salt
About 1 Tbsp. milk
1/4 c cheddar cheese, grated
Paprika for garnish if desired.

Directions:
Remove cartilage from crab. In large bowl beat cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire, mustard and garlic salt until smooth. Add enough milk to make a creamy texture. Stir in 2 Tbsp of the cheese and then fold in the crab meat.

Pour into buttered 1 quart casserole. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 15 325 until mixture is bubbly and brown on top, about 30 minutes. Serve with crackers or sliced baguettes.
