Ingredients
- 1 to 2 pounds fresh spinach, torn
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 1/2 head lettuce, torn
- Two 11-ounce cans mandarin oranges, drained
- Dressing Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten frothy
Directions
Combine the dressing ingredients, bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Prepare and chill. Toss with salad right before serving.
