Ingredients

  • 1 Pork Roast
  • 2 Tbs. Salt
  • 1 Crushed clove of garlic or garlic powder
  • Small ginger root or powder
  • 2 tbls. liquid smoke
  • hamburger buns

Directions

Combine salt, garlic, ginger and liquid smoke. Rub meat generously down in mixture. Save left over sauce. Wrap meat in aluminum foil. Cook in a crock pot, fill half way with water, on the sides of the roast. Cook all day, until meat will shred. Shred meat (as you would for a barbecue). Taste; if it does not seem to have enough flavor, add a little more sauce and mix well. Serve on hamburger buns.
