Be careful, these can be addictive! This has been a family recipe and tradition at Easter Brunch for many, many years.
Ingredients
- 4-6 jiggers gin (adjust to taste)
- 2 eggs
- 1 T. orange Juice concentrate (frozen kind)
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice-fresh or reconstituted
- Club Soda - 1-2 ounces
- 3-6 tsp superfine or granulated sugar
- 2-3 lg scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 c. ice cubes
Directions
Blend all in blender until ice is well-crushed and ingredients are mixed.
