Ingredients:
4-6 jiggers gin (adjust to taste)2 eggs 1 T. orange Juice concentrate (frozen kind) 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice-fresh or reconstituted Club Soda - 1-2 ounces 3-6 tsp superfine or granulated sugar 2-3 lg scoops vanilla ice cream 1 c. ice cubes
Directions:
Blend all in blender until ice is well-crushed and ingredients are mixed.Be careful, these can be addictive!
This has been a family recipe and tradition at Easter Brunch for many, many years.
